DJI phone number

i tried to call Dji on this phone number.
1 818 235 0789.
all i got was a busy signal tried it several times.
when i called it the busy signal beeped for 5 times than it disconected.
i need to talk to one of thetr people about a problem i am haveing with my air 2s.
any suggestions.

That is the contact number - another option would be Support - DJI - you could give online support a try or maybe they can advise you another number to use in the US.

I don’t think DJI would welcome phone inquiries in general at main country centres.
Can you imagine the call volumes they’d get from people who simply haven’t read their manuals through ?

Doesn’t help genuine pilot problems like you may have.
