Sent my Mini in for warranty repair because I was getting a motor overspeed error on the port rear motor. Replaced props and message was still there. Sent into DJI with a long written explanation. 3 weeks go by and they tell me it needs new props there is nothing wrong with the drone. I ask if the have test flown the drone? The answer is yes and all is well. I ask to speak to a manager. Manager ensures me that the drone was test flown and has no issues. First flight after I get the drone back within 15 seconds motor overspeed message appears.
 
How did you store the drone with the props before flight? The props are a bit soft and can deform a little. This could lead to loss of lift, hence motor over speed.
