DJI RC pro 2 controller on eBay- no import fees?

So there are several RC pro 2 controllers on eBay that advertise that no import fees. What are the chances of this actually happening? From DJI Store and Fly drone outfit. Ships from Shenzhen, China. Really would like to get one, but not excited to get hit with a $500 import fee.
Anybody have any experience with these sellers? Only a few reviews all positive but who knows if the’re legit.
Have one on back order from Adorama but who knows if that will happen.

When I read "This item includes applicable import fees—you won’t pay anything extra after checkout" posted on the listing, it would have been more convincing to say "we pay all applicable import fees and tariffs to your country" or something along those lines. Hard to trust them especially when you have to deal with a package coming from China that you might have to pay to send it back or if it gets stuck, might not get a refund until it is un-stuck. Do we have any real cases to go with?

If you don't need it that badly, I would just wait for our friends at Adorama. It might cost a bit more time and money but at least you know you'll get a warranty.
