I know I’m probably missing something simple but I can no longer connect my RC Pro to Wifi. I’ve tried swiping down and turning on WiFi on the screen and going through settings but as soon as I select the WiFi button it waits a second then turns back off, I get no errors or notices it just turns back off. I’ve tried forgetting the networks and trying different networks but it does the same thing. I go to settings select the WiFi button, it turns on for a second or two then just turns back off, I’ve tried resetting my router, tried using my phones hotspot but it keeps turning off.

Any Ideas as to what may be causing this? If it matters I have the Magic 3 Cine.

Thanks!

Try touching and holding on the wifi icon/button to open the wifi settings. Then use the toggle to switch wifi on. What happens?

When I press and hold the wifi button it takes me to the WiFi settings screen where turning on the WiFi button results in it turning itself off after a second or two, no errors at all so either way I try and turn on WiFi it just turns itself right off with no pop ups or errors. I’ve tried resetting the WiFi with same results. It appears I’m logged into my DJI account but can’t do anything as there is no WiFi☹️?

Update, I did contact DJI, after doing some firmware updates on both the controller and aircraft there was no change, I was transferred to technician who after some time could not identify the problem either. They indicated a repair may be in order however given the current climate and shortage of parts they advised I wait to send it in as the turnaround could be months and months. Since the aircraft fly's and I really have no other issues I'll just hold off for a fix.

Curious if you did a factory reset/
