Dji refresh care

Hi guys , i need your advice on this.
I crashed my drone into a tree and it show me that "gimbal motor overload" message and the gimbal can't be controlled.
I try to fix it but unfortunately i couldn't.
I have that refresh care package and what do you think , if i try to fix it my self i loose that waranty or not ?

is it apparent that you tried to fix it. I would send it in if not. Don't understand why you just didn't send it in the 1st place
