I returned my mavic pro because I wanted to buy another mavic with all the accessories.i was wanting to know if I can transfer my dji refresh insurance to the new mavic pro I bought please help anyone thanks.

was told no but I had used up one refresh account on one drone and wanted to transfer the refresh account from another undamaged drone but they said no, In your case it may be different since you have never had a case.
