Hi I bought the mini 2 and bought the refresh and then DJI said it was valid for one year via email
Does DJI send any thing to you through the post or I’d it now bond to the drone

It’s bound to the drone s/n, you should get an email, I didn’t get an email had to go via DJI chat

Go to this page on the DJI website and enter the serial numbers. It will validate that the service plan is in effect: DJI
