DJI SDK Release Date Announced for Mavic Mini

Yes, I'm pretty sure Litchi will support active tracking for the Mini -- there's no reason why it can't. It should also have a "leash" mode where it will follow a phone by its GPS position rather than visually, which can be a different phone from the one you're flying with.

It would be great if Litchi would support active tracking for the Mini, but is it realistic? How does Lithi support work for the other DJI drones? If all it does is call the DJI API for its active tracking https://developer.dji.com/api-refer...s/Missions/DJIActiveTrackMissionOperator.html) then they could only support Active Tracking on the Mini if DJI decides to enable it in the API (which I expect they won't).
