I had a 2 month old Mini 4 Pro with a charging hub. The hub stopped charging the RC. I tried every combination of cable and it never worked. I ordered a new one from Amazon and it worked fine. I sent my hub to DJI for inspection and they sent it back saying it worked fine. But it doesn’t!.
I called DJI and asked if it was under warrenty and they said the hub is not warrantied at all.
So, I debated with them for probably 20-30 minutes, they offered to sell me another hub at full price, then after talking with the higher ups, they offered a 50 percent off coupon if ordered from their website, then after another talk with the higher ups they finally offered a free replacement.
I then went to record her offer using my iPhone, and she said I’m not allowed to record them. I asked are --you recording me- and she said “yes”, for training. I told her that was unacceptable - a one way street - not good business, not customer friendly.
After I repeated her offer of a free replacement for the failed hub, and said to her.. ‘is that what you’re offering’ …. she paused and said ‘yes.'
