Dji Smart Controller - System UI has stopped

Had this occur twice now whilst flying it comes up with System UI has stopped from what I can see everything seems to operate still just worried what it has actually stopped and why it's occurring

Information:
SC firmware version?
Aircraft version?
Any add on software?

Even with the UI off you can still fly the aircraft. One reason VLOS is important.

But I think I may have fixed it I won't know without going out and fully testing so will report back
