Wow.. DJI Support is just crazy. Spent 30 min chatting with one guy named Mark yesterday who was sending me a UPS label and creating a new case. Nothing.. I get on with another agent today who can't find any record of that conversation with Mark at all. No case or anything.

Come on DJI.. get it together!!
