I mostly only read about bad experiences with Dji repairs. I had a great experience so I thought I would share.
My Mavic air was spinning to the right when ever I would descend. I went online and filled everything out and I had a shipping label within 10 minutes. I sent the drone to them on 5/10/2018. I received my drone back today and it fly's perfect. They told me it was a bad mother board and they sent me a new/ Not refurbished drone along with a new remote controller. They were very easy to work with!! They had me send mine to Texas as they stated that's where the air is repaired. I have read the horror stories but mine was a great experience!!

Always good to hear the good stories.... usually the opposite happens. This is the way it should happen routinely. Happy flying!

Did you send the whole kit including the controller or just the drone itself?

I sent the drone and the remote controller- I forgot to take off my uv filter on my old drone and they installed it on the new drone-

Thank you for sharing your experience. Glad to see everything went well. Although the service you received is the norm, most don’t chime in to say good job.
