DJI wins in court, Autel patents invalid

After all the ( Mod Removed) cried their eyes out.
Not at all surprised the patient sounded shady.
It's going to help the other drone manufacturers that have held off on the quick release props because of the patent. In my case, Gannett. ? Autel did not invent the design, just applied it in new form. Thus, No patent.
Wonder how long till DJI restocks props?

Same basic design as flexible hose connections, push, twist, lock. Right or left locking depending on how volatile. Been done already, sorry autel but rooting for DJI this time, ugh ? but true. Just want my stuff. ??

PS: hose endcaps look like a Phantom prop hub without blades.

I have several patents myself and it can be a tricky deal. Autel may need to revise the "claim" and resubmit the filing is all. The biggest issue may be a prior art situation now. I own both Autel and DJI and DJI has little to worry about except remote ID

Serves them right, trying to patent existing technology, an Apple trick, except Apple seem to have trickier lawyers, and can make it too expensive to contest.
