I want to point out the issue, that without being able to analyse the DAT-files from the drone, DJI does not accept a warranty claim. Their standing policy is, that the APP-data is not enough proof. You as a customer will have to pay for the repair. If you do not have "Care Refresh" it is worth to argue, as the offered discount in my case moved from 30 % up to 50 %, tough not if you draw the Care Refresh option.
I would like to know if somebody else had this experience, which means all issues due to power failures are not covered by warranty.
