Do the chargers discharge batteries?

I'm setting up a carry case for my new acquisition.
I'm cutting the foam.

I have 7 batteries and two charging banks.
I wanted to have the two charging banks as the holders for of the batteries so I can have the chargers with me if I go out of town.

Is this a problem? Will the charging docks discharge the batteries?
Will there be a problem if I use the drone to carry the 7th battery?

The docks make no difference - your batteries will auto-discharge regardless of whether they are stored in it or not.
