Dodger Stadium TFR Timing – Can I Fly in Silver Lake at Noon Before a 7 PM Game?

I am a 107 licensed drone pilot based in Philadelphia.
I use the Air Control app to get LANCC permission.

In mid-September I am planning on doing some drone video in Echo Park and Silver Lake for a friend's video.
Yesterday I saw on my Air Control app that there is a Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) for the airspace around Dodger Stadium due to a Dodger's game.

Can anyone tell me from personal experience what are the time parameters for TFRs around Dodger Stadium?
If a game is at 7:00pm on September 15, will I be able to fly in Silver Lake at 12:00pm noon?

Usually TFRs for sporting events are an hour before the game and an hour after so you should be fine at noon.

1 hour before, 1 hour after, not within 3 miles of the stadium. If you are 3 miles or greater from stadium you can fly during the game.
