The Medical Grade Air is more than accurate and it is very clean… If the drone is still under warranty, you may have to ship it back to your friend in Germany as your friend is the original purchaser and there may be special aspects of that drone is only repairable in Europe and not in Asia…

You did not say if this just came on or occurred after an accident (as in a crash or accidental dropping of the drone…).
