Does anyone know about the motor overheating and gimbal stuck in mini 4k?

The Medical Grade Air is more than accurate and it is very clean… If the drone is still under warranty, you may have to ship it back to your friend in Germany as your friend is the original purchaser and there may be special aspects of that drone is only repairable in Europe and not in Asia…

A while back, a member bought a DJI Drone is Japan (the Japanese Mini 2 Drones use a smaller battery and still weigh less than 250-grams even with prop guards…) and brought it back to the USA so he could fly it over people in his business. However, it needed repairs and he had to send it back to a friend in japan to have the repairs made…

You wrote to another member that you do not have a display either so perhaps it is not a "stuck Gimbal" but some other problem. You did not say if this just came on or occurred after an accident (as in a crash or accidental dropping of the drone…). Tell us more and do not be afraid to say, "I dropped it or I ran it into a wall, or other such stuff.) Most of us have done something with their drone that they are not proud of…
I don't have display in RC but I have my phone display which shows the stuck and over heating error. I connect my phone to RC and fly. I didn't have any accident with the drone. My first few flights were fine and after 4/5 flights not sure, it gave this error. The video was shaken. And after learning from YouTube and chatgpt, I cleaned the gimbal but no luck. I dismantled and cleaned it. I don't have tools to open the motor so I got stucked now.

Not sure if his applies to your situation:

When DJI Mini 4 Pro stays in standby mode for a long time, its temperature may continuously rise. The aircraft has a built-in temperature control system, when in standby mode the aircraft can make intelligent judgments based on the current temperature to better reduce the temperature. DJI Mini 4 Pro is added with an energysaving mode. When the temperature of the aircraft rises to a certain temperature, the aircraft will enter the energy-saving mode. If the temperature of the aircraft continues to rise, it will power off to prevent overheating.
Tx for the info.

I am sorry that your drone is acting up. Did you try blowing out the motor too, perhaps there is some debris in there. As your Drone is not giving you any video, perhaps it is merely a loose connection and not something broken. There are repair centers in Nepal, independent and not a DJI authorized repair center and perhaps they might be able to fix it cheaply.

And there are others that you can find using Google…

There are no DJI authorized repair centers in Nepal and DJI tells you to select another nearby country and I am not familiar with the political climate over there to make a recommendation.

Good Luck!
