Do the dji fly app maps known street names? If yes how to put this on?

Yes it does.
Lower left corner of your screen device. If it shows the compass, click the little arrow in the bottom right corner. It will change to map view. Once you get to the map view, click on the (bottom right of screen)map selection icon. Standard shows street names. The mixed icon also will show street names.

The maps you see in the flight screen (and on the visual flight record) are from a 3rd party vendor: MapBox, which determines your drone and controller position from GPS data recorded dynamically during use by both the drone and your phone/flight screen device.

Do you mean '...is it possible to get this information to appear on an exported still image or video...'? a-la Google Earth street view... Not as far as I'm aware.

But the geopositioning data written to the photo metadata will give you the accurate(ish) Northing and Westing co-ordinates for the precise position of the drone when it captured the shot, which you can then use to identify what road is what and edit your own tags to the image accordingly.

No i need to have live street names on the map. So while flying i can see which street is below the drone.

Just select the appropriate map style and resolution to display the street name.
