You should expect they could get it. DJI would probably insist on a warrant so it follows there would need to be a reasonable suspicion of on offence to get to that point.

Wholesale voluntary supply of all data holdings would seem to be bad for business.

Don't forget- DJI won't have your data to share if you don't sync to their servers.
