I was doing some 3D work with the 3E and thought I would try it out with the 3T. Using RTK and connecting to the NTRIP/CORS network I let it collect a normal mapping run in visible light. While it will not correct up with time corrections for extreme precision, it does a perfectly acceptable model in Metashape. It was windy and getting worse, or I would have duplicated the model in thermal. It needs a lot more pics in thermal and the wind was not having it.

Your images would make great album covers, btw. ;)

Those are defiantly cool looking, far more fun interactively playing with them real time. This one, the Barrenger Crater, is my favorite, from an appearance standpoint:

Did you try to compare the accuracy of models between M3T and M3E drones, using RTK and NTRIP/CORS network?

No I personally never did compare the two. Never had a reason to, I have seen on DJI's board that folks that do survey work have pointed out the lack of precision due to no timing data on the photos. So doing post processing with corrections added in from the CORs data files will not work with the 3T, it does not record that data. So you can use it for relative models. If you need precision, then you really have to get the 3E. You end up with two drones to achieve precision. Kind of why I am going to end up with the Matrice Series with something akin to the H30T camera and the LIDAR module. My big issue, for my work, is the relative vs fixed colorization of the images. Not working for what I had in mind. I was hoping the smaller 3 series would work out. I do not want to pack in a M350 for 5 miles.
