DON'T KNOW WHAT'S THE PROBLEM. HELP!!

Hi. My mavic pro having problem it stated that gimbal overload. I never fly with gimbal protector on. And never ever such thing as hard landing or crash. Can you help me what should I do? Also I attached an image and video as reference of my problem.

Have you done a gimbal re calibration in the DJI Go 4 app ?

check the little rubber bands that hold the gimbal. Is one of them lose or broken?
