Download icon isn't there on "Low Res" videos

I went to download my cached low res videos on the app and the download arrow isn't there anymore just the "Save to album" upload arrow. I just downloaded several 2 days ago with no issue. I click on "Low Res Preview" and it tells me to "connect to device to download original files" but there's no way to??? Anybody know what could be causing this?

You have to power everything up including the drone so that the app can retrieve the full size videos from it.

It’s all powered up and connected. Everything’s the same as I always do but the arrow isn’t there

And if you take the card out of the aircraft and connect it to a computer do you see the files that match the low res files you have on the mobile device?

Yes I’m able to download everything on my Mac. I would like to have the full res on the app as well
