Downloading videos not working

Hi Im running a Mavic Air 2 on a Ipad mini 2 and no I refuse to use a telephone !
now here's want is going on I cannot down any of my footage from focus track, Ipad says too much to handle to transfer from Transmitter to Ipad
to show video's any suggestions ?

Connect the drone to a PC and download from the SD card or remove the SD card and do it using a SD card reader.

I suspect it's the issue that there is not enough ram for processing the download, the Ipad Mini 2 only has 512mb.
In comparison a Ipad Mini 4 has 2gb of ram and the Mini 5 has 3gb
