Drone flying in Ireland, anyone?

Been to the Cliffs four times, only once was the weather nice. We're going back to Ireland in June and I saw the ferry ride to the cliffs advertised. Looks interesting but I'd be really freaked trying to fly off a boat for the first time. Guess it'll be GoPro pictures/video...

Fellow Mavic drivers...

To provide further details to what you've shared above, please find this link to the [Heritage Ireland] website. Note the note on their site:

PLEASE NOTE: THE USE OF DRONES IS NOT PERMITTED AT NATIONAL MONUMENT SITES.

Heritage Ireland

Click on the map to the right in order to zoom-in on the different Heritage Areas of Ireland where drone flying is NOT permitted (above and beyond the aviation-related restrictions we must all abide by)

Beyond using the +/- zoming funcitonality of their limited app, use the [CTRL]-[+] browser shortcut to help "Zoom-in" the overall page PRIOR to zooming-in on the map itself. [CTRL]-[minus] to un-zoom and [CTRL-[Zero] to reset view to 100% zoom

Lastly, here is a JPG of a stand-alone Historical Sites map to take with you in the event someone questions your "legitimacy" to fly (In short: You cannot fly at the red circles because they are Heritage Sites but you CAN fly anywhere else following the FAA-like Irish regs)
