Drone Harmony and DJI Air 2S — report of an issue with a flight plan

Hello! I use Drone Harmony to run flight plans with a Moto G24 (Android 14) attached to the DJI Air 2S controller. On two occasions, Drone Harmony didn’t allow me to complete the flight plan.


The first time, over an 8-hectare area, the drone took off spinning on its own axis (like a OVNI) and I couldn’t complete the flight.
The second time, the app showed the screen with all checklist items marked OK and then froze on that same screen, while the drone hovered about 1 meter above the ground and never completed the plan.


Has anyone experienced this and figured out what the problem was?

I am sorry, I do not know the answer, but we have many members who fly this drone… You might want to also post this in the Air 2 Sub forum… So the most knowledgeable members also see it…
