Question: Wouldn't the controller and a new/different drone have to have some adjustment to be on the same frequency or wave length? Otherwise in my way of thinking, it would not be possible to fly several drones in the same area.

Drone Nerds is a good shop, but I also sell drones only without controller and I can save you some money even with shipping. You need a controller and a battery?

Really, any Mavic Pro can pair with any Mavic Pro controller.

Perhaps try harder at finding the Mavic that you lost by posting your Flight Log to this forum and the experts will indicate where you should look based on that flight log?
