Drone Pilot/Motorcycle Correlation?

Actually, the drones are the REPLACEMENT for motorcycles in my life. I've owned more than 50 bikes over the years but decided to quit riding because of all of the other drivers paying too much attention to cell phones and texting while they drive.

As I browse these forums from the office I'm seeing a lot of Motorcycles as avatars. How many of you have bikes?? Whats the year and make?? I have a 2015 Honda Cbr 1000rr.. Been riding 20 years off and on. ;)
2016 Triumph Bonneville T120 and a 1998 Yamaha YZF1000R Thunderace. Been riding 44 years... Lost count of the number of bikes I've owned:)IMG_20180807_173756.jpg

2006 Yamaha FJR1300. The bike is the reason I went for the Mavic Air. I had a Phantom 3 Pro, that I made a case for that fit inside the top box. But it took up the entire top box and that was only if it was closed correctly. Even on site, it was inconvenient. The Mavic Air is much easier.

Currently in the bike fleet is a 2017 Kawasaki Concours 14, a 2013 Harley Ultra Limited with a Stage 4 kit and all the goodies, and a 2003 Electraglide Anniversary edition with a Thundermax tuner, Gear drive cams and a few other upgrades.

Recently sent to new homes , a very trick 2002 Kawasaki ZXR1200R, and a 2002 Kawasaki ZZR1200IMG_20180629_181756084_HDR.jpgIMG_20180805_131727966_HDR.jpgflhtk.jpgIMG_1005.JPGIMG_3711.JPG

Hello Friends,

Basic question: In Active Track mode is it safe to assume that the drone and RC/phone have to stay in sight of each other or can I place the RC/phone in my back pack?

Any good way of having this on the bike's rack while I am riding?

Thank you,

Simba

Nice to see some fellow bikers here. I don't have my license for that long just riding an oldie Suzuki VX800 1990. Someday I will ride a Kawasaki Vulcan classic or a Versys 2018 model (need more experience first).

My partner rides a Kawasaki ZX7R 1997. Would love to try out some nice video's with the MA when we are on vacation with the bikes.

Aprilia RSV Mille, Gen 1 2000MY here. Riding since 1989, I'm also the local SFRS Biker Down lead coordinator/instructor for my area. Owned for 14 years, uprated gearing front and rear, Evoluzione airkit, FR200 EPROM, 2-2 Renegade stainless system.

Still goes like stink and pops the front wheel in the air off the throttle in the first couple of gears. Love it.
