Just got my mavic mini off my wife for Christmas , thought I’d take some shots of my local airfield .

Luckily there were no planes as it is Boxing Day

interesting runway...Looks like tree's have taken over a couple of the runway's. Is it an old military base?

Nice pick. obviously a recycled airstrip. A light aircraft should be at 500 ft and turning cross wind by the time they pass the trees.

So did the air strip owner give you consent to fly within the exclusion zone?

Or were you actually in an aircraft not flying a drone?

The condition of that runway doesn't look good. Don't think it's be comfortable landing the in anything but perhaps a chopper
