I have had my Air 2S for a while, but I recently decided to try the Dronelink app for waypoints. I appreciate that it allows me to simulate flights using a satellite view. The app lets me select the Air 2S, ensuring that the field of view is accurate. However, I’m unsure if it is displaying the correct field of view. I know that everything up to 4K has a certain field of view, and the view is slightly zoomed in when I select 4K. Do you know what the field of view is for 4K on the Air 2S? In Dronelink, you can also add a custom field of view. Thank you!

Could explain what you mean by that?

The Air 2s has a nominal 13.2x8.8 mm sensor with a diagonal FOV of 88°. It is one of the few DJI drones with a native 3x2 aspect ratio. The FOV is always given based on using the entire sensor when taking a photo.

When shooting video, the aspect ratio is changed to 16x9 by cropping the sensor. The corresponding diagonal FOV for 16x9 video is 85.3° on the Air 2s.

Does this help?
