Strange why they don't answer emails and phone calls?

Just a heads up folks, as they cannot be bothered in responding to me due to an item that wasn't correct and needed returned.
 
I just got an autoresponse tonight when I was checking in on my Thor charger that was part of a package when I bought my Mavic 2 Pro...
