Here's some footage of a weekend at Diamond Lake in MI.

Ever since I started using polar pro filters and filming with a shutter speed of 1/60 I have noticed that the shadows from the clouds look really weird. Like they are really jittery. You can see it on the water in some of the shots. Anyone know why this happens?
