Dropped from the sky

Hi, I am looking for advice, I will be contacting DJI, I have had the drone for about 5 weeks now and it was all going well until yesterday. I was flying 20m high, 20 meters away, full signal, good sats, wind was gusty but no warnings. I was looking at my screen, I could hear the drone but I wasnt watching both the drone and the screen and then "Silence". Disconnection warning on the screen and the thing fell out of the sky and it took ages to find. Even with the "FIND MY DRONE", I could not find it, luckily I did and it was safe in the long grass. A few minor scratches, the battery was still on, but this is not good.. Any suggestions? I have checked my flight data and nothing untoward has shown up. Thanks

I have read posts about batteries not being fully inserted and coming loose enough to shut off power. A possibility. Flight log should help.

If you follow the instructions in the link by @BD0G in post number 3 You can get expert advise and input from experts on this forum.
After reading and following the instructions step by step and you have questions, ask. Not everyone feels comfortable the first time.
