I had the same problem with my Mini 2. I don't have access to an IOS phone (as suggested in the previous response) so I contacted the vendor and he said send the drone only (no RC etc) back to him. He sent it over to DJI for checking. Nothing yet.... Whether it is a simple reset or something more involved it will be interesting.In my App i don't see option for dual-band. Only auto/manual. And in manual it is only showing 2ghz ranges.
Running 1.2.4, but i downgraded to 1.2.1 and same thing.
I had flown my Mini 2 several times prior to the problem showing up.Funny thing is.. i flew it for first time today.. and now option is showing...
Guess it did not show till it flew for first time.
I sent my drone to the DJI associate repair shop in KL they tested it and found no problems. I received it back and I could see both bands and all was well. I assume he reset the drone etc.
