I purchased a new Mini 3 pro in July of 2022 from Amazon, never turned it on because I was going to get the DJI Refresh and I read the clock starts ticking as soon as you turn it on. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago, I try to activate it and I get the Error 1112. I contact DJI and they say it was reported lost or stolen in October 2022, 3 months after I received it. Amazon says I’m out of the return window, DJI is really no help. All I have now is a $1000 paperweight. Does anyone have a successful work around for this??

WOW! If What you stated is true I am sure you have some sort of legal recourse? Maybe.
There is no workaround for that error sorry. Once on the flaglist its a brick.
DID DJI ask for the Drone to be returned? It belongs to them. Just curious.
 
Who was the actual seller? Was it Amazon.com or a reseller selling products on Amazon? Did you try to actually contact the reseller and explain the problem? If the seller was selling stolen property, then you recourse should be through the actual reseller, but waiting more than 2 years to report an issue with stolen property will not be helpful.
