I've been shooting video for the last month and half and had no problems downloading the videos to my iPhone7+. I am now getting an error message that says:
DOWNLOAD FAILED - video import failed. Possible cause: 4K, slow motion, or shorter-than-6-second videos. I shoot longer than 6 seconds and am not shooting in slow motion. Any help would be most appreciated.
