I have registered in December 2019 by Mavic 2 PRO in France and having passed the necessary exam for it. Now I intend to fly also in UK and Germany. Do I need to register my drone in those countries again and pass another exam in each country or do I consider that European commitee rules will provide me a registration by default to fly in all EU countries? your assessment on this matter will be much appreciated

your best course of action would be to contact the CAA and ask ,the UK rules apply to visitors but because you have already done it in France you could be covered

The UK withdraws completely from the EASA system in January 2020, meaning that the CAA will need to fulfil regulatory functions without having EASA as a technical agent and without having access to EASA and EU-level capabilities. The UK is no longer included in EU-level Bilateral Aviation Safety Agreements. Being registered in France will not allow you to fly in the UK.
