Although not UAV related, the process is still the same. Get the aircraft off the ground and back down on the ground safely!
What was your hardest take off and landing with your Drone?
And for the real pilots with manned aircraft, what was your experience like for the first time in these situations?

These spotting videos are taken with long lenses from far away, making the whole ~5km runway highly compressed and airplane movement very dramatic.

There's a huge difference between landing at ~200mph horiz. speed and at 0mph (Mavic). Drone simply compensates for wind with pitch/roll angles, and unless the windspeed is higher that drone's max airspeed in P-mode, it'll land fine, with zero ground speed.

Your missing the point of this thread. Anyone who has been flying Drones and real manned aircraft for years have experiences with take off and landing.
This was only to bring interest to other pilots and question thoughts and experiences to the subject. The video as I said was only a example in any aircraft situation regardless of long range lenses from other cameras.

Crosswind landings with a fixed wing aircraft are major PUCKER moments in the upholstery. You come in "crabbing" and just a millisecond before the main gear touches you stomp the other pedal to get things squared up with the direction of travel all while trying to keep the wind from getting under the upwind wing and rolling you over. There's a LOT going on in a short period of time and the stress is insane LOL. It's actually a big rush to be honest :)

Here’s more! Almost like some insurance videos.

It's interesting that all these videos gathering millions of views exploit the same winning formula: shooting from a huge distance with a small offset from axis/runway so that fuselage's frontal projection is about two-three that of its diameter, which exaggerates angles by a factor of 5-10x, since fuselages are many times as long as they are wide. So when we see dramatic crabbing with fuselage seemingly pointing at 45 degrees to the course (and changing within a couple of seconds to, say, -45 degrees - a horrifying 45 degree/sec yaw rate!), it really is maybe 5 degrees crabbing and 5deg/s yaw rate.
