I tend to take photos and then try to edit more color, HDR or effects into them to get my desired taste. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't and I think it's always to one's own tastes.

Just curious of some photos that you have leaned in enhancing some and how you feel about it in the overall presentation.

lol, lot of negativity around #1 I would say that its a redesign vs a picture edit lol. There was a lot of things done to that one to make it black and white like that lol.

You asked for my opinion, so here it is.
Don't be overly concerned with what other people think about you photographic expressions. They express the art that is within you. I'm not saying that asking for technical help in achieving what you're trying to accomplish isn't important, but the end result should be a reflection of you.

I agree, over the last 2 years of playing with photography and editing i have found a love cringe relationship with HDR lol... little good, too much bad (to most people) but sometimes i just go to town (and do other things) and it makes things that look awesome to me like that 1st pic lol.

Photography/art is very subjective, i dont plan on selling anything for a million bucks (but hey if a sucker wants to buy a statue of a sink...).

Well, I think you're good at it. IMO, All are really good - for me, #1 has a "Warping through a time portal" feel for me.
