Excavator stuck in the sea..

yea he is doing that job for more then 20 years so alot of cabling in the sea ;)
Am no expert in working in the offshore so i have no clue why it has to be done after full moon haha, maybe it has to do with their working schedule or a company will get the excavator out.
I would say: get on the boat, get the **** thing and come back :D

I believe they are waiting till the tide is at its lowest point so they can bring heavy equipment as close as possible to the stranded machine. They will likely use dozers and even large excavators to move the dead machine, which is incredibly heavy and likely not able to run under its own power. So they basically have to drag it to shore, which should
Be exciting given how top heavy it appears.

And they have to do all this in a very short time frame, before the tide comes back in.

You're doing fine.. :)

Is your father working on the main platform installing the wind turbines? They appear to be cracking on well with them now, maybe one new one gets erected every other day or so now.

don't worry on your English. its good.

I liked the BBC video/link that showed a crane/cargo ship and they stated that it had come to recovery it, what they forgot to state the ship had a 6.8mtr draft and would ground its self it got anywhere near to the cat.

if anyone has any video or stills close up to the cat with a low tide could they please share.
