Exposure Lock in Maven for the DJI Mini 2

I have purchased Maven for the M2 but I cannot seem to find how to lock the exposure in manual video mode? I have searched all four manuals that accompany Maven, and I have searched these forums. Does anybody know how to lock the video exposure in manual mode?
I thought in manual mode the exposure is locked by selecting your shutter and ISO but I'm still experiencing a change in exposure!
