FCC Hack

Anyone managed to get the FCC hack onto the CrystalSky yet. Being Android based I thought it would be pretty straight forward but it seems although it's Android it's a closed system and I haven't been able to work out how to get to the root directory. This is the video I've been following and it's at 3 minutes 59 Seconds

DJI told me they will allow 3rd party apps soon but it will void all warranties.
But isn't that what we have now anyway while using 3rd party apps?

You might be able to do it if you can install an older app or recompiled app
