Filters for MPP

I fly drones for enjoyment and some scouting, surveying
I take very few pictures and almost no video- I just enjoy flying(and apparently crashing) over my crops and woodland
I recently bought a used MPP that came with a set of Polarpro filters but no instructions
They are labeled CP, ND8, ND8-PL, ND16-PL
I know their purpose is to restrict light and change the shutter speed
Would the use of any of them give me a better/clearer view?
I have noticed as you rotate camera you can get a "washedout" white image for a brief time as you pan from straight ahead to straight down
Also is there a certain way to install them? Some posters have mentioned the white dot at top?
Again, I am not looking to document anything -just have some old man fun(and avoid another unexplained crash)

ND filters won't do anything to provide a clearer view or improve you photos.
Cutting the light getting through to the sensor is generally the last thing you want if you are shooting stills.

Some posters have mentioned the white dot at top?

The filter with the white dot is the circular polarising filter (CP)
For the filter to work properly you need to be shooting with the sun to one side of the camera, not shooting toward or away from the sun.
You also need to properly align the white dot toward the sun.
That's easy on a regular camera where you can adjust to suit the scene.
But impossible in the air unless you adjust before launching and leave the drone facing the same direction for the whole flight.
