Firmware update issue

Anybody have this problem? When I hit the "download button" from the Go App, I have to click "continue download" like every 3 to 4 seconds.

Are you trying to update with a samsung device?

I often run into this problem when updating via my iPhone 7. The firmware eventually downloads for me after retrying many times in a row.
