Firmware Updates for RC 2 and the Mini 4 Pro

I saw some comments on other posts that one of these updates deleted saved wavepoint missions. Mine are gone, but it is quite possible that I formated the RC 2 SD card recently, so this may have caused that...

Hi,
I am trying to update to DJI Mini 4 Pro V01.00.1000 and DJI RC 2 V06.00.0100 as per the remote's prompting, however what ever I do I get the message:

Insufficient Storage. Additional 639 MB required for update. Free up space and try again.

I have formatted the memory card in both the drone and controller, formatted internal memory on the controller, and even reset all data on the controller.

Still insufficient space.

What can I do please?

Mine were all still there after the update , love the new sync waypoints , makes things a lot easier to use the same mission on more than one drone and controller , no more faffing about
