Firmware Updating Very Slow

I'm new and tried to find an answer elsewhere. I apologize if it's there and I'm being repetitive.

I'm updating to the latest firmware for my Mavic Pro using the DJI Go 4 app. It's been downloading for 15 minutes and is only 4% downloaded. I have a high speed internet wifi connection that is working just fine. The Mavic battery and RC battery were both above 50% when I started so I don't think that's the issue. Is there something else I may be missing?

Is it normal for the download to take so long? Is there a faster way to do this? Thank you!

No. It sounds like you're facing some kind of issue with the Internet connection you're using.

You can also install the firmware with the DJI Assistant 2 application like this:
