Yesterday tried to update new firmware, downloading completed, but update in complete. Now unable to connect RC n Mavic. Dji assistant 2 is not responding when connected to Mavic n RC. Please enlighten.

This update has grounded my Mavic. It won't complete the firmware upgrade and stalls at 75%.
Now I also have sensor problems.

Downgrade to .0550 or even .0400. this is a problem with about 50% of people here on MavicPilots.

Does the drone function normally or is it bricked?
If it is functioning normally make sure the battery is above 50% then plug the cable into the Mavic, power on the Mavic and when it has gone through all the gimbal tests and settled down plug in the other end of the USB cable into the computer.

This is not the method DJI recommends but it works everytime I use it.
