Air 1 First edited video with Davinci Resolve (16)

I will remember that. Thank you. I have lost the two pane layout on the edit page! Every time I open it now there is only one pane for the video clips. I can't find out what I did, and I can't reset it!

There is a little white box on the top right of the EDIT page, see image. Click it to move between 1 screen or two screens.
To remove transitions on the timeline, zoom in and select the transition, it will turn from white to red, the click delete or press CTRL+X. When deleting from the timeline it's better to get in to the habit of using CTRL+X unless you want your clips to shift to the left.

That is what I tried, but the whole video clip, that I had spent ages (an hour or more) trying to nibble correct went at the same time. I gave up trying - I don't know where the sound disappeared to either. I have only just got the hang of chopping bits of video out.. give me time!

Had that happen a couple times before I figured this program out.

If you are using Premiere Pro, go to the top menu and workspace, then editing. I have saved my own layout up there too. You should have 4 panels-

Thank you very much - the mouse on this new confuser is so sensitive I often have it jumping about all over the place because I have touched the mouse but can't feel it.
