First flight - One motor won't start

Just got the Mavic Air 2 today. But when I tried todo my first flight, one of the motors won't start. I get a message about "Starting motor failed". Any recommendations? Thank you in advance.

Well, that sucks. Besides insuring that all firmware is updated, I don't know if there is anything you can do but send it back.

Sorry to see you got a problem with your Air2 but like Mossiback says get a refund or an exchange.

Thank you @Mossiback and @THE CYBORG , I will talk to my retailer here in Sweden. I'm just happy that the motor was broken before the first flight attempt, and not break down while flying.
