Use lowest iso ( 100 )
Shutter speed between 2seconds-3 sec. depends your camera using filter or not. I don't have any filters yet.
Don't forget also to playin' around with ev ...i need to see the metadata because i can't remember all settings

Love the night shots. I'm going to be doing some when I have a place with enough city lights and NO wind. Dang it kansas!

You can make it even if there's only small amount traffic lamps & street lamps. Actually the longer shutter speed you use can make it looks brighter. It's fun and happy trying.

Very nice photos, i knew i recognised the first photo..you're in Incheon!... btw..if you haven't already filmed at Songdo Central park...i highly recommend it..i took my Mavic there 3 or 4 weeks ago..amazing architecture..i filmed at night a year go (Phantom 3)as well..unbelievable place.
