First time drone flier

Hi all, Gary from Dallas, Texas,

Got a Mavic Air, its my first time with any drone. Never even flown a toy before.
Would be using it for taking some aerial pictures and videos. The kinda settings inside the app is a little overwhelming for a beginner like me.
Today was my first flight but I was still able to try the sports mode for like 20 mins and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Mavicpilots helped me immensely prior to taking the decision, thanks!!

Thanks Mate! I know I should. Couldn't contain the urge to see how fast it can go.

Just a little question, I know it's off topic. Out of the box my air was hovering fine indoors but now it is drifting and has resulted into me crashing into a wall twice. Do you have any idea what can be wrong?

Take it easy, this is the most vulnerable period when many pilots loose their birds .. those first few days, with all the excitement that we all went thru!!!

Go to an open field without any trees or obstacles, and practice, practice, practice ..
